High Impact Evaluation™ – Gillis & Bailey’s High Impact Evaluation™ (HIE) is a predictive, proactive and easy-to-use learning evaluation approach developed to help organizations, not just measure results, but to ensure training actually drives performance, impact, and strategy. The HIE model is the outcome of a rigorous, five-year research collaboration between CFLI, the Government of Canada, and some two dozen leading enterprises, including Boeing, Logitech, WestJet, Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), Canadian Cancer Society, and the David Suzuki Foundation.
